Virtual Dining Series

Channel your inner Chef and join us in a unique and interactive dining experience featuring a signature cocktail, a multi-course meal, and perfectly paired wine.

We will guide you from the comfort of your own home and stimulate your senses with an artfully curated dining experience.

How does it work? 

On the day of your dinner, you will receive a kit of organized ingredients, some prepared ready to enjoy and some ready to create with the help of our talented hospitality experts.

An introductory video will get you started by providing a brief itinerary of your evening and outlining any basic pantry staples or kitchen equipment that you should have readily available to complete the dinner. 

At 7pm you will follow the live link for our team to guide you from there! 

This event is for everyone; regardless of your skill level or experience. The evening is meant to be a unique and fun way to get together safely in these different times. Even the most seasoned foodie will enjoy!

Dining Series 3 

Chef Mike Salome, Costa del Sol
DATE: January 16th Cost: $95 per person/ Singles $115

Our third meal in our virtual dining series comes to you from our one and only Executive Chef, Mike Salome; taking it back to where it all started, Costa del Sol! We are taking you to Mexico with unique Latin inspired food and drinks, methodically organized to be prepared- by you. Our team will walk you through every step from putting together signature cocktails for the evening, prepping your kitchen, and cooking/plating a restaurant quality meal.

The night will begin at your own pace, a pre-recorded video will guide you through preparing a cocktail and setting up your appetizer. Included recipe cards will also help you to set up the kitchen to get organized for the main event. At 7pm our Chef will then be live on Zoom to take you interactively from preparation to presentation while talking about some key moments that bring life to the plates in your favourite restaurants, as well as giving you the opportunity to ask questions with a Chef virtually at your disposal. Make Saturday feel special by joining us for this Latin inspired meal.

Dining Series 2 

Chef Sean Hansen , Coastal Cookery
DATE: December 12st  Cost: $95 per person/ Singles $115

Enjoy our second dining series with a winter inspired comfort meal. Our team will walk you through putting together a signature cocktail for the evening, while giving you insights into how we select a spirit and imagine the drink.

While you enjoy your cocktail, you can follow along at your own pace as you prepare your appetizer. Our Chef will then take you interactively from preparation to presentation while talking about some key moments that bring life to the plates in your favourite restaurants as well as giving you the opportunity to ask questions with a Chef virtually at your disposal.

The full experience also includes a curated reserve bottle of wine that is the perfect pair for the meal. We are excited to invite the winery into our live event to discuss flavour profiles and tasting notes and guide you in the service of  the wine.

Dining Series 1

Chef Charlie Wilson , Culaccino Italian Kitchen
DATE: November 21st  Cost: $95 per person 

Our team will walk you through putting together our signature cocktail for the evening, while giving you insights into how we select a spirit and imagine the drink. 

While you enjoy your cocktail you will interactively prepare your first course. Our Chef will take you from preparation to presentation while talking about some key moments that bring life to the plates in your favourite restaurants as well as give you the opportunity to ask questions with a Chef virtually at your disposal. 

We will also discuss flavour profiles and tasting notes that we use on our endeavour to pair the perfect bottle of wine with any meal, and guide you in the service of wine.
