Dining Series 1

DATE: November 21st  Cost: $95 per person 

Our team will walk you through putting together our signature cocktail for the evening, while giving you insights into how we select a spirit and imagine the drink. 

While you enjoy your cocktail you will interactively prepare your first course. Our Chef will take you from preparation to presentation while talking about some key moments that bring life to the plates in your favourite restaurants as well as give you the opportunity to ask questions with a Chef virtually at your disposal. 

We will also discuss flavour profiles and tasting notes that we use on our endeavour to pair the perfect bottle of wine with any meal, and guide you in the service of wine.

How does it work? 

On the day of your dinner, you will receive a kit of organized ingredients, some prepared ready to enjoy and some ready to create with the help of our talented hospitality experts.

An introductory video will get you started by providing a brief itinerary of your evening and outlining any basic pantry staples or kitchen equipment that you should have readily available to complete the dinner. 

At 7pm you will follow the live link for our team to guide you from there! 

This event is for everyone; regardless of your skill level or experience. The evening is meant to be a unique and fun way to get together safely in these different times. Even the most seasoned foodie will enjoy!
