We provide rentals for a variety of events including weddings, corporate events, parties, and more. 

Missing or damaged items are charged at retail replacement cost or the cost of materials & labor to repair it. We also have a damage waiver fee of 8% to cover accidental damage. This waiver covers chips but does not cover breakage of items such as glassware and china or burn holes in linens.

Yes, we can deliver items however, all deliveries will incur a delivery fee. Delivery fees start from $50 one way and will be calculated based on the size of the order. Some items have specific requirements and must be delivered and set up by our team like Tents and Dance floors for example. 

Yes, of course! Our warehouse pick up hours are Monday – Friday 11am – 3pm. If you are renting outside of these hours your rental will typically include the whole weekend unless otherwise discussed during your booking.

We are located at 4553 Marine Ave. The entrance to our warehouse is off Willingdon Ave. The location is under the patio of Coastal Cookery

Typically we do not offer viewing of the items until the day of the event when we go through the order together. If there is a specific thing you need to inquire about seeing, please ask us by way of our contact form and we will do our best to help you see your item.

In order to ensure our rental items remain in the best possible condition for all of our clients, we do ask that items are scraped free of debris and dry after use. There is no need for a detailed wash, we will take care of that for you. For linen please ensure they are completely shaken out, all decoration pieces taken off, and that they have no wet spots. If there are stains please do not try to attempt to get them out as that can often make the stain worse. Our professional laundry service will typically be able to get all accidental stains out!

Yes absolutely. All additions will be honored to the best of our ability up until the date of your event. All requests to remove items from your original order must happen no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled event. When making changes it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your confirmation email. Any changes not reflected on your order list will not be honored. 

Customer cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event will not be subject to any additional charges beyond the original deposit amount /or/ renter will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. The refundable amount will be determined after this fee has been deducted. Customer cancellations made 30 days up to 7 days prior to the event date, the renter will be charged 50% of the original rental fee. The refundable amount will be determined after this fee has been deducted. Events that are canceled ‘day of’ due to inclement weather will not be charged late cancellation fees – as long as the group representative contacts our offices at least 4 hours prior to their scheduled event start time to notify us of the weather related cancellation that puts guests and the rentals in danger. 

We require 25% of your order total at the time of booking. This ensures the security of your date and items. The remainder of the reservation must be paid in full 10 days prior to your event.
