Sarah began her career in Hospitality Management 20 years ago when she earned a structural approach to profitability and service with McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada.  Seven years later she made the change to full service dining; exploring positions in casual and fine dining. She soon found she was best suited to work with a company focused on the fundamental success factors of running restaurants, and enjoyed six years managing and opening locations for Cactus Club Group of restaurants in British Columbia. Inspired by that success, Sarah opened her first restaurant on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast in 2012. Since this time, Sarah has grown her restaurant group to three.

Sarah has a passion for the guest experience, as well as two decades of experience managing people, and creating and fostering functional teams. Sarah’s training in leadership development plays a key role in the success all of her teams enjoy.  She currently lives life to the fullest working hard and ‘doing’ coastal life on BC’s sunshine coast with her husband and two children.
